IDS Engineering and Consulting Ltd was founded in 2014 with a particular focus on the planning, design, implementation, and management of irrigation and drainage systems. It has since grown into a full-service engineering and consulting firm in irrigation and drainage engineering, and it is now one the largest irrigation consultant companies in the Rwanda, specializing in agricultural irrigation systems. We have been a driving force in water infrastructure development, initially focusing on irrigation and drainage facilities before expanding to include water supply and sanitation facilities. Today, we provide a broad spectrum of services in the development of marshland and pressurized irrigation projects, ranging from planning and feasibility studies, detailed design studies, design review, preparation and evaluation of contract documents, contractor selection, project implementation and construction supervision to irrigation projects operation, management, maintenance and rehabilitation consultancy services. IDS’s team of engineers, irrigation experts, senior surveyors, civil engineers, electromechanical engineers, hydrologists, agronomists, Land husbandry and ESIA specialists can solve any challenge.
